The goal is just to practice and have fun, so you could do it classic or skate, full length (approximately 7miles/11.3 km) or shorter course (i.e. starting from the Adam Falls parking lot), race mode or long slow.. whatever works for you. There will be a shuttle car from the top to the bottom.
