If you think you're having trouble seeing the latest WEB CAM picture or latest WEB page and you are using Internet Explorer see below.

There is a chance the CAM is down, but if it is happening repeatedly you can delete Temporary internet files on you're computer.

Go to Tools, Internet Options, then under Temporary Internet files, click the Delete Files button and delete temporary files, this should fix the problem. You could also Click the Settings button on the same tab as the delete files button and check Every visit to the page.

If you are using another browser deleting temporary internet files may help if you are having this problem.
